Had back surgery, doc amazing! Before care, amazing!! Everyone involved amazing! Care was top notch. Now after care, awful! I was happy to go home same day, but was shoved out the door. As soon as I woke, they were pushing me to go. No education, hard chair, yes after back surgery! I said I’d go right away because I was miserable and wanted to be comfortable! I had to internet search all my after care. No compassion at all! I was shocked because clinic and before was so amazing. I guess I should have said I wanna stay over, ... read more

After this, I found a well know POTS specialist in Omaha Nebraska, Dr. Pariwat Thaisetthawatkul. If you have POTS I recommend him over Iowa City and Mayo Clinic. If you need a PCP Dr. Kayla Egli in Ankeny Iowa is awesome a... read more

By far the most phenomenal staff and facilities. My mom was transferred to UofIHC after suffering a stroke. The staff in SNICU gave her personalized around the clock care and were always willing to answer questions and make sure my entire family was comfortable. Big thanks to Amazing Grace and Seth, 2 of her nurses that went above and beyond their duties to get her on the road to recovery. Thank you again to all involved!!!
