RecommendedI have had many experiences at this hospital and every one has been amazing. Most recently, my mother had a stroke. The doctors and nurses were amazing in her final days. Everything was explained in detail and all options were given to us. After her passing, we were allowed to stay with her until we felt comfortable leaving. They were respectful of our wishes and so gentle with my mother. They truly care about their patients.

After an appointment, being told they would do testing, having blood drawn for said testing, insurance billed, and being told that they would call within a certain amount of time with results, it would be nice if the people in the genetics department had the decency to at least tell the patient that they "changed their mind". But no, they "forgot" to tell me until after I called to change my phone number and ask if they had results since it had been past the timespan they gave me.
