Dr Shy and his team are amazing they always go above and beyond to help you out.
Other than taking just about 4hrs for my eye appointment I do like the hospital and staff. They did apologize for the time it took.
We had 3 appointments yesterday for my son. Yesterday's visit was the best we have had in 2 years for him. I had twins in 2015 and it was the worse experience of my life. From the time I got there until my twins were discharged. When my twins were in the nicu they started off being in separate rooms. I was having an MRI and an ultra sound they were very friendly and kept us up to date on the delay in having our procedures due to a small shift of workers. My appointment was at 10:40 for my ultra sound and it was only 10 minutes late.
The pediatric unit was awesome. They got us in right away and worked diligently to take care of my son. He was impressed as well. Thank you to all that helped.
We have had an amazing experience! Our son had a tumor removed from his arm and Dr. Miller our surgeon is the absolute best!!! Every team from the front desk reception, to the waiting area, to post op and recovery have been so caring and respectful!! Highly recommend! 😁

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia I was sent to see dr. Alka Walters she is just the sweetest most thorough doctor I've ever met it makes going to the hospital so much nicer because she takes such good care of you everyone in the hospital is wonderful I was also seen there for my thyroid and had to have it removed they took such good care of me and to this day you can hardly see my scar on my neck many years back I had my first son at Iowa City at that time he had beta strep and nobody knew what it was welcome to stay for 10... read more
