Who us the rocket scientists that put the blood work lab in the rear of the facility?. How many elderly are you going to kill before you put it back up front.
The care is horrible: they left my fragile 82 year mother sit in the lobby for over 3 hours, knowing she probably has. C-diff . C-diff is highly contagious and she should of been in isolation . So anyone who was in the lobby tonight, sorry for you exposure due to C-diff. (She was recently treated for C-diff and the staff knew she was contagious ). I highly doubt the administration cares or will follow up on this concern.
I was at the ER here after an accident at work and I recieved the BEST care from the staff here. They were professional and caring. I want to thank the nurses and doctors on the night shift for taking such good care of me. I had a hand injury from a work accident and even the specialist I saw the next day was impressed with the work they had on my hand.
Pretty sad that I have to even get the same one star started with waiting in the waiting room for two hours coming back seen a doctor in back in the emergency room for six hours as for pain I was in several times for my girlfriend's chest pains they forgot even hook up part monitors to her until after seven hours into us being here haven't seen a doctor in two hours nowThe restrooms are broke the vending machines are broke in the heart monitors or even broke his place is a complete shit whole tear this joint down
The people here have been great. The communication not so much.
I've had great experiences with the birthing center and outpatient surgery. But what the ER did to my brother a month ago is absolutely appalling. Treated him like a drug seeking junkie when he had an actual problem. He is currently sitting in the hospital with severe gallstones and a swollen gall bladder. If they won't treat people that have actual emergencies, then why bother keeping that department open???

I went in February with my left arm paralyzed and chest pain they did nothing. No meds! They were going to admit me but said they wouldn't be able to get someone to do the MRI for days. I was sent home crying. I had a massive stroke and have been in physical therapy now. If they had done there job they could have prevented all the damage. I contacted the patient advocate got some story. They did what they could. They did nothing. Now we will see how they like my lawyer.
