This may be the worst hospital ever. Everything we have HAD to go it's been a mis diagnosis and recently my husband went with metal in his hand what do they do give a tetanus and tell him they can't take it out that he has to see someone else. Wait isn't this a hospital FULL of DOCTORS!! No guess not! So dump him out the door with a swollen hand and a piece of metal in because we can't help you because we're only a hospital !!

I hate them so much.... I would rather either go to the one in Cleveland or go to Cleveland Clinic in Twinsburg...

Since UH swallowed up Robinson, it has become very VERY hard to reach a real person, even for something as simple as scheduling a mammogram. Even though individual people have been kind and efficient in my experience, I'm very VERY unhappy about how UHPortage organzes their service.

I want to say a HUGE Thank you to "Big Mike" and Jeff in the ER today. They kept my baby girl calm and laughing all while giving her, her first set of 6 stitches. They were amazing and made her feel amazing too. Thank you so much. You made this experience for her something she will never forget. You both did an amazing job!
