everyone has been really nice and always asking if I need anything.
I have been in here under RMH and after it changed. The treatment that I received under RMH was by far so much better than now. The week I was here since the change was terrible
So i was treated for a head injury after a fall that resulted in a black eye and five stitches! I am in the medical field and I know with this type of injury you check the pupils! I had a ct scan with no sign of orbital fracture or bleed! My pain level was about an 8 upon arrival to ED then progressively got worse with the swelling, I was discharged with paperwork stating I was treated for a head injury and a concussion! 1. They never once checked my pupils 2. I was given two Tylenol for pain it was clearly posted in my room... read more
Spectacular care in Emergency Room . In and out in 2 1/2 hours .Xray , blood work. Got meds and prescriptions to go.
Poor service rude staff always the longest wait in er I now go to trumble county for medical care
