This place is horiable and they need to step it up.This place is a joke and will never come here again.The wait is outrageous.
RecommendedI brought my 84 year old neighbor in to have a port put in and the nursing staff (Missy) was fantastic we got right in he was taken right to surgical prep kept comfortable doctor came right in and off to surgery he went The procedure was explained and they had a 3d book showing the port and a brief stay in recovery and home in no time thanks again to all the staff
The are awful and the staff is rude as hell

THE STAFF IS AMAZING! 3- SURGICAL EAST ENTIRE STAFF(Ravenna) made me feel like a part of their family and not a patient. NURSES : Arista, GINA, Clarissa, Asysa ( Fantastic shot injections), Ami, Levi.The Housekeepers pitched in when I needed anything! Deb, Sierra and Tasha and so many more. My biggest THANK YOU goes out to the ER DOCTOR At the Kent and Ravenna location who was smart enough to find my Non DRINKER and NON Smoker pancreatitis in NO TIME FLAT! horrible will not be back wait over 2.5 hours. no action on my concerns
My husband just spent the last three days there in I believe the step down unit. Everyone was amazing and the care he received was impeccable. His nurse Amanda was so caring, compassionate and helpful along with all his aids. The night nurses were amazing as well. Thanks to all for your hard work! Excellent job!
I've been there several times with COPD and get told I can't keep coming back to the hospital Everytime I can't breath. I was in ICU on a ventilator for 5 days too. lucky to be alive. This place keeps getting.worse. Had severe bronchitis this past week and couldn't breathe. went to ER and was admitted. well after 2 days of antibiotics they said I'd have to leave. in Dec 2018 had a severe nose bleed and had to go to Cleveland UH as ear and nose Dr was on vacation. what an ordeal.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer Jan 31 of this year from that day through my biopsy surgery and now radiation the doctors and staff has made this an easy journey for me with there kindness compassion and dedication they have given too me
