Tom came and fixed a garage door that I was certain would need to be replaced. I let him know up front that I was prepared to replace it if necessary; so he could have easily said that was what was needed and I wouldn't have known any different. It now purrs like a kitten. The price was very reasonable; the service incomparable. I wouldn't call anyone else.
Tom helped me find the right garage door spring and gave great advice on how to install it. His price was also great. I highly recommend Tom.
Tom thanks so much for your quick service on our garage door! Our cables broke and the door came off track and bent it as well. We thought we would have to wait a couple of months to save up money to have a more expensive company come fix it, but little did we know that right around the corner was someone who could some fix it in a jiffy, and saved us hundreds of dollars! Recommending him to my father now who's door is broken as well. Thanks so much!
Tom was wonderful. He was extremely busy but squeezed us in after we had an emergency with our garage door (it also involved the back hatch of our SUV but we'll let that go). He came out, fixed the problem and then he checked the entire door. He found a rusted cable that would soon need to be replaced. This is the 2nd time I have used Universal Overhead Door. Both times, the problems were fixed at a very reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend them.
