Did an excellent job repairing garage door and was VERY reasonable in cost. He also came the same day I called where the other companies I called couldn't make it till the next day. I would definitely recommend this company.

When my garage door broke I didn't know where to turn. I happened to come across Tom's number when I did a google search and wow am I glad I did! He was super friendly on the phone and even better in person. He came out on a holiday weekend and fixed it in about an hour, and for even cheaper than he quoted me. Thanks Tom! I would recommend him to any friend or family member.

15 years ago we used Tom to fix our door at our old house and he did a great job, so this Tuesday morning, 7/3, we woke up to find our spring broke on our door and we could not open it by hand. we called Tom and he told us what to try and when it did not work, he came over and repaired it. He was there within an hour after calling him and now our door is better than ever. we will always use him. Thanks Tom.

Tom was awesome. After I described the problem, he gave me an over the phone estimate, appeared the next morning, repaired my door, went above and beyond by making other unrelated repairs, and charged under his estimate. Give this guy your business!

Excellent service and helped me out of a jam...literally. It was a Saturday night and my garage door jammed in the closed position with both cars inside. I didn't know how I was going to get to work on Monday if I couldn't get it fixed. I called Universal Overhead Door Company on Saturday night after 8 PM. He came right over and fixed the door so that we could get our cars out. He saved me from having to rent a car to get to work, was very personable and expedient. His rates were also very good. Great service, very responsive, knowledgable, and thorough. Garage door works better after the repairs than it ever did before the repairs. Highly recommend and I'll definitely call them again if I need anything done to my garage door.

Tom was good about calling ahead. He got right to work and seemed very knowledgeable about my door and opener. He gave me a ball park estimate before he arrived and made only a small modification due to a worn out track wheel. He made several adjustments to the door and opener and really tuned the door. It runs smoother and quieter than it ever has. Very courteous and polite. I will use him again and would recommend him.
