Tom was extremely responsive and worked until the job was done. Pricing was the best around. We will be using him again!
Tom was incredibly helpful in repairing my garage door. He arrived at 7:00PM and was gone by 8:15PM with everything fixed, and the door working better than it has since we bought the house. He even spent a bit of time giving me instructions on how to properly maintain the door. I would definitely recommend Tom to anyone who needs service on their garage door.

After reading reviews and BBB rating of A+, I called Tom. Super nice on phone. He Asked if we could wait til Saturday morning for service. We agreed. Could not haven been better!
I called Tom to address some repairs to my 50+ year old garage door. He arrived and quickly got to work fixing the steel wheel that had popped out of track and repairing the track itself. He was very knowledgeable and completed the job in short order. Extremely fair pricing and my old garage door is like brand new!!
Repair took place just 2 days after my initial call. Tom was very knowledgeable - easily found and fixed the problem. Before his visit the door wouldn't even open. Now it opens easily and is much quieter than before. The cost to repair the door was very reasonable and less than I anticipated. I had problems with another door company in the past - this was a much better experience!
Universal Overhead Door was not just fast and very thorough in the repair of my garage door, Tom also provided some valuable tips from mechanical to the DIY to ensure my repair and door operates smoothly for a long time into the future.
