I called on a Saturday and Tom gave me a DIY option for fixing the gasket on our garage door. He had the supplies I needed ready for me within minutes. He provided a quick and cost effective way for me to solve a problem. I am very glad I called Universal Overhead Door.
Tom was unbelievably helpful and knowledgable. I haven't had this kind of service in a LONG time! Prices are less than the competitors as well. Thanks again Tom.
Tom did a fantastic job and did above and beyond what was needed. We asked for springs and opener to be fixed and he gave us a new opener and also reinforced the door itself free of charge. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a job well done for a more than reasonable price. Tom is very personable and friendly and a good listener.
Tom came to repair our garage door, sections of which had literally fallen off the rails and on to our car. It was a big job, the door split into sections and I was not sure how much it would cost to fix/replace. Tom was a lifesaver, he worked very hard and very late to repair it correctly for us. Not only would I call him again, I would strongly recommend him to anyone

Honest work at a fair price.
Called Tom on Friday evening concerning a problem with my door/opener, he had me stop by Saturday morning and helped me get the right part for the job....(cable drum). Gave me advice on safe repair and offered to help if need be...couldn`t have been more helpful...Thanks Tom, i will be recommending yu to anyone i know that needs garage door repair...
I called Tom this morning after our garage would not open. He asked a few questions, and knew right away what was wrong. A few hours later he was at my house fixing the problem (snapped spring). Thankfully, he was able to take care of it for a very reasonable price (originally I was thinking the whole door would need to be replaced, so this was a relief), and was also able to fix a few things the original installer did not do correctly. Tom came and fixed a garage door that I was certain would need to be replaced. I let him know up front that I was prepared to replace it if necessary; so he could have easily said that was what was needed and I wouldn't have known any different. It now purrs like a kitten. The price was very reasonable; the service incomparable. I wouldn't call anyone else.
