Universal Nissan has been more than just a car dealer or sales people, they have been a family to me. They satisfied me with what ever vehicle I need as well as maintenance when it is required. I travel 1 hour to get my service done as they are highly knowledgeable Their sales manager is awesome and very understanding as well as my sales people. I have been coming to Nissan since 2003 and would not change them. They care about the customers very much. Besides the point you can get a manicure as you wait for your maintenance ... read more

i was in there recently to purchase my 2018 pathfinder i dealt with Keith Presley and sales manager Deya Oumallal and they were so helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail as they always do. They truly made me feel very comfortable with the buying experience, the trust was just there! I have known and personally worked with Deya Oumallal for many years and has always came through to meet me and my family’s needs.

Justin fiippi the sales rep was amazing 😉 , he really helped out my boyfriend with his new titan truck ......wish I would of came to reed Nissan instead of universal ..... the service department here , isn’t the greatest.... I won’t go back there... don’t trust them to work on my car

When I came to Universal Nissan 5 months ago, my car was on its last wheel. Sam H. was my dealer. Because of my situation at the time, I really wasn't in the mood to be played with like a lot of dealers try to do. Sam H. was straight to the point and very helpful. Long Story short, thanks to Sam, I traded in my '05 Kia for a 2018 Nissan Rogue with 4% APR. I've been driving good ever since. He was much appreciated.

They are courteous and deliver what they promise. I spoke with Chris Green and he was able to get me an appointment that worked for my schedule and the work was done in the time promised. Also the technician made sure the inside of my car was protected from dirt and debris as the work was performed. Chris Green was most helpful in answering my questions as well. The overall experience was stress free.

Every one here is full of information and very helpful my car salesman was Keith Priestley and was outstanding I recommend everyone to go here it’s the better place to buy.
