Went a test drove a truck and when working out finance numbers they had sold truck out from under me to another person would not recommend this dealer to anyone. That was the most disrespectful customer service treatment i have ever experienced.

New to Orlando, FL, I took my car to this dealership for an oil change. The line-up was predictable but when I was called to retrieved my car, the employee told me "I need rear brakes. They are very thin." This is a bunch of BS because my car has only 12,000 miles on it. I angrily disagreed and refused to allow this addition charge (of either $170/$250/360), I took my keys; paid a $57 invoice (mind you, the original price is $40 minus a $10 coupon). They Avoided All my calls bc after a big difference. monthly payment change be careful went u buy a car from them. after paying this car. $5.460 overpaid... not happy.

Poor customer service. I went in for service July 10th for a reoccurring issue. The service tech and his manager took pictures of the issue to send to Nissan to see if they will cover the repair again (it was already repaired once but put on incorrectly). I was told that I would hear back from them within 2 weeks. Tomorrow will be 7 weeks and I still have not heard from them. I have called several times over the last 2-3 weeks and have left voicemails for several different people. I even filled out their contact us webform l... read more
