After purchasing my Nissan Rogue, I came back to get my complementary car wash and was told that I could only get the code from my sales rep that sold the vehicle or I could purchase car washes per month. So now I have to adjust my schedule to have my car washed if that even a thing that they actually provide or just said that to make the deal. It was just overall bad customer service and even with talking to the front counter staff and another sales rep on the floor, no one was able to assist me... thanks for nothing Univer... read more
