The man I spoke to had no idea about anything technical such as pile capacity etc when I asked him basic questions even though they claim they're piling specialists. I'm an engineer by trade and was very shocked by his answers. When I challenged him, he said he didn't want to work with us cz we asked questions. In general, I'd say avoid
