The stylist who did my interlocking was welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, despite me mentioning it during the appointment, they did my hair way too tight. Resulting in significant pain for next 3-4 days and bumps on my locs. My scalp has scabs on it, one week later. I did contact the salon and they gave me a call to discuss my experience, which was welcomed.

Unprofessional and Painful Experience I recently had the misfortune of visiting [Loctician's Name] for a hair appointment, and it was an unmitigated disaster. The loctician's utter lack of care and professionalism left me with a painful scalp, damaged hair, and a deep sense of frustration. Had a great experience at Unity Locs New Cross. We started on time and finished as advised. My hair looks and feels great and the customer service was polite and made me feel comfortable. I will be returning soon as have decided to do my locs hair from now on.
