14years with United Power the only complaint I really have with them is the customer service. They are very quick to threaten to terminate services, if your 1 day late on payment and the telephone staff can be very rude sometimes.
Our power goes out all the time including now. We lose power more times in 1 year than 25 years in Greeley.
Power has gone out 4 times in the past 30 days....
I wish there were zero stars!!! United Power sucks!!! I'm 61 years old and have had this power company for the last year and a half and NEVER have we lost power this often. United Power, get your act together and get this fixed once and for all!!!!!
Our power in Lochbuie goes out anywhere from 1-3 times a month. Like today, while I am writing this, my power is out. This is the second time since Saturday. Gorgeous weather, so no excuses. Called United Power to ask why this keeps happening. All i could be told was "we arent sure". It may be time for Lochbuie to lick United Power out of town, and bring Xcel Energy in. May not be the best, but at least they can keep the lights on.
Oops. My phone goffed up. I had a great time. At the meeting hope to see you next year hey that robot was way to cool. Hope he's there next year. Don't know if he's on. Facebook.
