Power out again on a Saturday morning!! I have things to do. This is getting ridiculous in Lochbuie. Can't wait to move and have Xcel Energy again!
Great customer service few power outages great personal feel good company
Worst power company ever! Was told that even though my doctor wants to sign a medical paper for priority that our power be attended to in case of a power outage since my 1 1/2 year old daughter has seizures when overheated they probably won’t recognize it. Power goes off for hours at a time once a month every summer. Not sure if they don’t update their equipment or maintain it properly but something should be done.
Great people, wonderful service... quick repairs! Have responded very quickly to lines down or lightning overload at my home west of Keenesburg.
Worst power company we have had. Multiple power outages over the last 4 years. Power is out again today. Customer service gets a Zero too. Never had these kind of issues with Xcel in more than 30 years of being a customer. United has the monopoly here so we are stuck. Get your act together UP.
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM For a while they actually will give you a "courtesy call" to inform you when your bill is approaching its over-due status...BUT then after about 6 months they simply stop doing it, tell you they dont have to call you even if yuou ask for it, and basically lull you into a false sense of security with those "Courtesy calls" to retract them and make you pay multiple and repetitive late and reconnection fees.....real clever move, and only those truly [aying attention will see this tactic serves to gain them m... read more
Thanksgiving Day!! It is a clear, warm day. -- Our power goes out so often here, and very often on days when the weather is completely clear.
I had an outage last week due to the high winds and United Power had my power on within an hour! Great Job, I really appreciate your service on a Sunday Night.
