The Demand charge is ridiculous and their way of ripping people off!!!!
i moved out august! it's February where is my refund? i have spoke to multiple supervisors and can't get a straight answer! WHERES MY MONEY!!!
one star for the worst provider and terrible website, also the inability to provide information. we constantly have power outages. one would think you lazy fools could inform us as to why? or how long it's to be expected? nooooo no post on fb no information when you call other then to he told your in one. sad part is the monopoly they have and the fact we DON'T have a choice. it's the information era .... unless its united power.
Even with a close death in the family they will not assist in helping with a payment arrangement. They have very strict payment arrangements now. Unlike excel, will provide the time that you need UP will not, under any circumstances. Leap assistance doesn’t work for us bc we run off electricity and not gas.. so with the higher summer months if you don’t have payment on the date that your bill is due, they shut you off.. no payment arrangements, as you are only able to receive one every 30 days.. it’s a real struggle when une... read more

Power out and back on in under 30 minutes on a Sunday? What’s not to love?
Our power has gone out 5 times this month- each time it rains! United Power takes our money month after month but doesn’t use it to finally fix the problem. I’m concerned about what will happen when the wet snow starts falling and we lose power again. United Power is an awful company with poor management
great customer support and best cooperative power company
they didnt communicate with my mother in law and are now in front of her home and going into her back yard. you should talk to the home owner!!
