Love the "new to me" Smarthub app! I installed it a few days ago to pay my bill and it was super easy. I was also very pleased to see the variety of available functions, including the uber simple way to report an outage. Used that this evening to report one for a friend. Then I got a follow up phone call a little later from a real human to not only thank me for reporting it and to let me know everything was restored, but to also verify that my power was on because of the difference between what I reported and my address asso... read more
