Arrived 10 minutes after calling. Took down a tree, due to high winds leaning toward power line to neighbors summer cabin. Consistently exceed my expectations. Remarkable service every time. Thank you!

Well another storm and another outage. I say no bonuses, no raises, and no rate increases until 18 months of no outages. 6 U.P. workers....2 up in bucket trucks and 4 on the ground. In a circle with hands in pockets...

For the last 9 years we have been supplied power by United. On the rare occasion we have an outage their customer service reps are friendly and their crews fix the problems in a very timely fashion. Today was a perfect example. We were down for just about an hour. Great service!
Can I give ZERO stars? RUDE, nonexistent customer service, regular outages. We have had 3 outages in a week. Has been this way off and on for the 10 years we have lived with United NOT-Power. This has got to be the worst power company outside of a 3rd world nation! Will never buy another home in a United service area. Would much rather have the beurocracy of Xcel than this "rural electric coop". To echo the sentiments of my Vista Ridge neighbors, three power outages in our neighborhood this week is totally unacceptable. We would like an explanation and a bill credit. Many of us work from home and these outages are impacting our productivity.
4 outages in 5 days in Vista Ridge. Perhaps there is a problem United Power.
