Daily power outages reflect a lack of ability to understand the existing problems and fix them accordingly. Enough is enough!
Have had service with United Power for a week and have experienced several outages in the Erie area.
Power out for third time this week. Horrible service.
I work from home and the power outages this week in Vista Ridge subdivision in Erie, CO are causing significant disruption to my day. Furthermore, there is no information available.
Power has been out to Erie multiple times this week. There has been very poor communication about these outages until this point. They are blaming new construction while inconveniencing all their current paying customers. I'd like to see some bill credits and an valid plan to prevent re-occurrences of this nature in the future. Poorly designed grid for an area that is under massive expansion!
I'm fed up with the outages. This is disgusting. No communication. Heads need to roll.
Yet another extended outage this week. Last time it was 3 hours long.
