Oh I hate to complain and I really hope I got a one off but I had to buy a bag while traveling so it was not possible to return. When I got it to the hotel to transfer my things the handle broke immediately - the weight in the bag was only 18 kg and it was an extra large suitcase. On careful inspection the handle is just very badly assembled with a missing part.
