Been going here over 3 years now and absolutely love it. The machines are top tier and the staff and PT’s are lovely. Would definitely recommend

I've been going to Unit One Gym for the last 4 years and absolutely love it! The fact that I live right next to Nuffield but choose to walk 10 minutes or drive to Unit One says it all. The staff and PT’s are the heart of the gym—they're all so friendly, knowledgeable, and you really get a community vibe. Several of my friends who are also moms go to this gym and love it too. An ok facility but not enough gym equipment and the equipment they do have, isn’t that good. The space is mainly used for hyrox classes. If there is a class on and they’re using equipment you want to use, you can’t…Hyrox is prioritised. Tried the classes but they were all the pretty much the same which I didn’t find challenging but I did find boring. I had the chance to meet the directors whilst I was there, wish I hadn’t! Unit One is an incredible gym, we moved from a local big chain gym and couldn't be happier. The whole team is invested in making the gym an inclusive and positive environment, it really is a community at Unit One. The gym and the kit is of the highest quality (including the lovely luxury copper rainfall showers). The classes are well run, there's a broad range and there's always space to book, no more 7am alarm on my phone to try and get a slot on my favourite class.
