It's a great community, and the fitness trainers are friendly and welcoming. You can come as you are and do what you can - there's no judgement by anyone. Fellow gym goers are just as supportive as the fitness trainers.

Been going here over 3 years now and absolutely love it. The machines are top tier and the staff and PT’s are lovely. Would definitely recommend
I've been going to Unit One Gym for the last 4 years and absolutely love it! The fact that I live right next to Nuffield but choose to walk 10 minutes or drive to Unit One says it all. The staff and PT’s are the heart of the gym—they're all so friendly, knowledgeable, and you really get a community vibe. Several of my friends who are also moms go to this gym and love it too. They offer a variety of classes catering to all fitness levels, plus great equipment for cardio, strength, and Hyrox training as well! The cherry on top... read more
