I can honestly say this is the best gym I’ve ever been to. The staff are so friendly and take time to talk to you. The facilities are beautifully clean. It’s a real pleasure to go to Unit 8.

Before joining Unit 8 Gym I was NOT a gym person. Now the gym, this gym in particular, is my happy place. Unit 8 has the most incredible team and such a supportive and community focused atmosphere. I love it.
Since its relaunch Unit 8 gym goes from strength to strength, i can’t praise it highly enough. The equipment and staff are second to none and the music doesn't make your ears bleed! If you’re looking for a gym in South Hams/Plymouth try this one, you won’t regret it.
