Spotted this gym by accident 6 mths ago and really pleased i did. Amazing gym! great equipment, staff, vibes and lovely clients
Awesome gym with amazing staff. Always willing to help out, happy to give advice and will always offer support to push you to do you best.. often to help you exceed what you thought was your best! Never thought I'd ever miss a gym when I wasn't able to go.. yet here we are.
Following some less-than-ideal experiences at larger commercial gyms in Plymouth, I decided to try Unit 8. They offered me a week's free trial, which quickly revealed a significant difference between a large 24/7 facility and a smaller, private gym. The staff have been consistently friendly and welcoming, the equipment is high-quality and plentiful, and the gym is exceptionally clean. Now in my fifth week, I'm thoroughly enjoying my workouts again and would highly recommend Unit 8.
Friendly staff relaxed atmosphere plenty of varied equipment. Upstairs the toning tables are ideal for the older generations to keep fit , well and supple.
