Great gym great coaches all round 5 stars
It was my first session at Unit 13 yesterday. This was highly recommended by a friend so I thought I would give it a try. The class covered a range of different things both indoor and outdoor, and it is clear the coach/owner of this gym very much cares about his clients. I will be using this gym from now on. Parking here is convenient and the facilities are great. Drinks and protein bars/shakes etc on sale at reasonable prices too.
Great people all training hard!! Fab classes and bootcamp sessions with plenty of banter and laughs along the way!!
