Emilie was super helpful from the first time I contacted Unique Holiday Stays regarding one of their properties, even arranging for us to view it as we were in the area at the time. The property was beautiful (Alamo in Lyme Regis) so we went ahead and booked and when we arrived for our stay there was a really lovely high quality welcome basket of food and drinks and even a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely surprise. If I could give more stars I would! I told the hosts that I would like a hamper as it was a special anniversary for myself and my husband and opened the door to an anniversary balloon, a massive cake, sweets, wine and bottles of IPA in the fridge. Me and my husbands was overwhelmed by this amazing gesture. The house is beautiful. Clean and perfect. Amazing views of the sea. The kitchen has everything you need and is rather large! We had an amazing stay here! The apartment offered stunning sea views and was just a stone's throw from the beach. Everything was clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were also greeted with a lovely welcome hamper, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s perfect for families — everything we needed was right there. We absolutely loved Lyme and the evening sunsets and seeing the moon over the sea and can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much! xx
Alamo house is a true heaven. Exactly as described on the photos and really well refurbished. The views are to die for. Alamo is very well equipped and located. Emilie is very responsive and always replies within 24 hours ( often in a couple of hours). The hot tub was a great addition. We will certainly come back and recommend it to all our friends.
We had a great stay at West House with the family. Great location and Unique were allways on hand, no matter what the query was. Will be looking to Re-visit soon.
