I've been coming here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else! I was always a bit nervous about getting highlights/balayage recently, but Debbie really listened, understood exactly what I wanted, and made me feel completely reassured every time. They consistently get it just right and im so pleased with my hair cut and colour. I've had so many compliments. On top of that, they're genuinely lovely, kind people - such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

So my mum went into this shop this week for a hair cut re-style to a bob type cut and she was left disgusted and paid £30 for it !! And said they was done withing 15-20 mins !!!! I told my mum she should of refused to pay or got her money back but my mum isn't the most confident to do that unfortunately!! She had it done for a wedding tomorrow (Saturday) luckily I got my.friend who is a fantastic hair dresser and will cut your hair to EXACTLY how you want it !!!! I've been so upset since Monday as I was booked in for a wash restyle and blow dry.All I wanted was a inverted Bob with lots of layers and had a pic but I was basically told I wouldn't beable to manage it or straighten it so she advice this would be better.Yes I should of refused to pay but what with being not very confident going into place like this I just couldn't be bothered.Luckily someone else has repaired the damaged and done exactly what i wanted in the pic as I'm going to a wedding tomorrow and I didn't want to turn... read more
It was the 1st time I've had my hair cut by anyone other that my hairdresser in Bristol. I was nervous but I shouldn't have worried Lana was brilliant. She did exactly what I wanted. Really pleased and would definitely recommend.
