This gym is 100% top notch. Whether it’s the coaching, the sessions, the equipment, everything is impeccable! I’ve only been training a week and it feels like I’ve been a member for years. The amount of value and knowledge you come away with each session as well is unbelievable. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

I started attending the group PT sessions at Unified, and it’s been an amazing experience so far. Aaron and Anne-Marie are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable — you can tell they genuinely care about everyone’s progress. The trainers take the time to correct your form, offer modifications when needed, and push you just the right amount to help you hit your goals. Highly recommend joining this gym! The coaches are fantastic and are happy to answer any questions you have. I personally have seen lots of progress since starting here and have lost a load of weight and I’m getting stronger every week. If you are beginning your fitness journey this place is a great starting point and you can make good progression.

I would highly recommend Unified Fitness to anyone looking for a positive and supportive gym environment. I have gained more confidence in terms of workout technique thanks to the advisement of Aaron, Anne Marie, and Conor. The sessions are very flexible and manageable for anyone with a busy schedule and there is a real sense of community amongst the members and coaches.
