I was very anxious at the beginning, it felt like a massive undertaking for me and it had been over three years in getting to the point of underpin and make good starting work. Ali, Graham and the team have worked professionally and diligently to complete the work to a high standard and take care of all aspects of the property. I note that they always left the property neat and tidy and treated the house with respect.

U&M eventually came through in style with the completed project, for which the works I gather are of the highest standard, but also the paperwork. The latter was particularly due to the commitment and regular communication of David Gakhar, Managing Director, who personally drove through the processes of obtaining guarantee certification despite enormous delays that would have normally rendered such documentation unobtainable, because the insurers took so long to pay for the works.
