We used Underpin & Makegood services for our residential project's underpinning. Both the management and operation team were very professional and friendly. The work's standard and technical were outstanding despite that our project was a complicated type (the ones you get in London). Thanks to the entire team, especially Kirk and Trevor for the outstanding work.

U&M Piling were great and I’d highly recommend them. We’ve just had an extension added to our house and our builder recommended Underpin and Makegood to deal with the foundations and piling that they said would be needed. I was worried as our neighbours had told us they had a lot of problems with their foundation drilling when they had their extension done. I was very anxious at the beginning, it felt like a massive undertaking for me and it had been over three years in getting to the point of underpin and make good starting work. Ali, Graham and the team have worked professionally and diligently to complete the work to a high standard and take care of all aspects of the property. I note that they always left the property neat and tidy and treated the house with respect.

U&M eventually came through in style with the completed project, for which the works I gather are of the highest standard, but also the paperwork. The latter was particularly due to the commitment and regular communication of David Gakhar, Managing Director, who personally drove through the processes of obtaining guarantee certification despite enormous delays that would have normally rendered such documentation unobtainable, because the insurers took so long to pay for the works.
