Booked to have a family Christmas lunch at Una this year having used the cafe quite a lot over the last few years. Paid them a sizeable deposit in August which they insisted on, to secure the booking only to find out in October that they can no longer offer the lunch, but neither are they willing to refund us, as they have gone into administration. The staff member who I eventually had correspondence with (Carbis Club Assistant Manager) refused to return any of my calls and didn’t come across as being the least bit concerned... read more
Update! So sad that the resort accommodation side has gone into administration. Leisurely side still open though. Went to the leisure club and restaurant. Both are really special. Everything is spot on. Clean,tidy and good quality. Staff are really friendly and on the ball. So pleased I even became a member!
