My mom was hospitalized with COVID-19 complications at Memorial campus. The staff were fantastic, as always. Great communication, reassurance when I needed it, and wonderful professional care. Nurses Ron and Lexi, and Dr Trish Seymour were beyond great (can’t remember the name of the other hospital yet but he was great too). Thank you all for making this awful time a little less scary.

At this very moment newborn sitting in er for going on 3 hours while her exhausted mother tries to comfort her and her father is being harassed (saw it myself on video) in the waiting room not allowed in with his sick newborn baby. Baby hasn’t eaten in hours and is clearly in pain - Dr has not even been in to check on them - 3 hrs!!! Newborn!!!!
