Five stars aren't enough for the UT crew. I've been coming to UT for a year now and I have been welcomed and encouraged and supported so much. I felt part of the community straight away - no-one looks down at you for not knowing what to do, everyone looks out for each other and helps everyone else. Since moving out of london it’s taken me 4 years to find somewhere I LOVE to train. during my weeks free trail the coaches and members were so friendly I felt welcome and it’s great to train with people who are all positive and team players 💪 I love hearing that loads of members have been with the gym for years. Can’t wait to continue my fitness journey and be a part of the team

After 10 years of not doing any exercise due to back injury I decided it was time to get my body back into shape to help in the healing process. I then started looking for alternative places instead of the usual Gym which I’ve struggle with in the past (it’s a personal thing I guess!) in Burgess Hill area when I came across here, and I’m glad I did!!
