I put a review on here about not enjoying an experience at this saloon when having my hair highlighted and not ending up with the desired results by Charlotte! I had beige highlights instead of the silvery ones I wanted. Which left me with awful beige coloured hair ! This I felt was due to my being done at the same time as another client and hence not enough attention being paid to my hair as I could quite clearly see that Charlotte was more interested in the other client!
