I purchased a $200 + order. It said delivered on the 25th but I didnt receive anything. I reached out to customer service and he told me to give it another 24 hrs because sometimes it says delivered but gets delivered the next day (ridiculous). I reached out today and now this agent said that he had to submit the order for further review and I have to wait ANOTHER 48-72hrs to see what my resolution would be. Thats ridiculous!!!!! Ulta has AWFUL customer support for online orders. My order was returned without my knowledge, never even made it to my address. When I reached out to Ulta to figure out what is going on, they said they could reship it but did nothing to attempt to answer my questions to be sure it is actually delivered this time / why it was returned. They have bots answering their emails, same exact copy&paste response to my questions and don't even acknowledge that I asked a question.

I went in to the *********** salon yesterday 7/20/2022 for an all over blonde balayage with money pieces, I showed a picture of what I wanted and was told by the male stylist that it was going to be bright blonde and a complete difference. my hair is now damaged completely, I have never had this problem in 10 years of having blonde hair, the lightener sat on my head from 2:45 until 4:20 before being rinsed out. i will say that his customer service was professional but I didnt realize I was being squeezed in between another c... read more

I was in need of a haircut so that I could attend a wedding. Ulta Store number **************************************************************************** I placed an online order. Once my package was delivered I realized nothing that I had ordered was in the box. I called customer service 6 times, tried texting, initiated chats through their app, and contacted the credit card company and they all provided information that was inconsistent. Today my rewards account was hacked. I called within 30 minutes of the email stating my information was changed. I requested that my account be changed to fraudulent and locked. I told customer service that I wanted the information on my account since a purchase was made and was told they used all of my rewards. I requested the email but I was told I could not have it, from my personal account that has my credit card and home addresses on. Yesterday July 16, I went to Ulta hair specialist ***** to lighten my roots because my roots were growing out and were dark and the rest of my hair was blonde. She stated that to lighten my roots she had to tone my entire hair blonde to even it out which she did. I was happy with the toner and the blonde but she then stated that she didnt like the blonde that was in my roots and wanted to do a shadow root, which I had no idea what it was and she explained to me it would make the roots more ***** but still gold and would matc... read more

I forgot to mention that this lady ruined my shoes when her brush with toner fell from her hand to my feet and although I have tried to remove the toner from my shoes, my shoes are completely ruined and stained. This is the worst experience with a hair stylist ever!

Suddenly I'm unable to order online or through the app. My Ulta card as well as OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT are denied and all customer service says is perhaps I'm not typing in information (that previously worked just fine) correctly. As if this is my fault.Other customers all over social media are complaining this has happened to them because Ulta suspects they are reselling product. Without warning, they're unable to use their Ulta card anymore. And then gaslight customers saying things like they've said to me about mistyping ... read more

I WENT IN FOR A TRIM ONLY.......WARNING..... DO NOT GO TO Ulta Beauty HAIR SALON ON ******************........ THIS LADY REALLY BUTCHERED ALL MY HAIR OFF, NOT CUT... B.U.T.C.H.E.R.E.D.... THEN LAUGHED ABOUT HER " MISTAKE", THE MANAGER'S ( there were two), DID NOTHING EXCEPT MAKE EXCUSES FOR HER INCOMPETENCE!!!!!!!!! PLEASE BE WARNED.. DO NOT GO THERE!!! ??
