I went to the Ulta website on Wednesday, Oct 19 and was hoping to get an item for a wedding on Friday. The website offered Premium shipping for $19.95. When I selected this option the website said Get it by Thursday, Oct 20. I hate paying for shipping, but this gift was perfect for my friend, so I was willing to pay the extra money to get it in time. The fact that I make a payment at 5:03 on my payment due date and you **** it late and force me to post it the next business day. People do work and pay their bills. You are scamming people for late fees. I will be paying off my account and closing it.

Do not open their credit card. They will harass you by calling, texting, and sending emails within minutes of each other. I paid the credit card off, and apparently because it was 1 day late I got hit with a late charge. When I called they let me know that even if you are 1 second past 5 EST time you will be charged with a late fee. This has not been the first time they screwed me. I have paid off the balance before, and then they let me know that I still owed money. When I asked how they said oh the information was not corr... read more

I was at your store at *****************, ******* ** at 4:39pm on October 11th 2022. At check out I was asked for my phone number and email. I told them I don't want a membership since I don't come to the store often. The lady started asking random customers for their number so they can get free points on my purchase. I kept waiting while she kept trying to get their number. She put some random person's number on my receipt. If I could give it less then one star I would have. Briefly, I purchased a gift for $195.40, with in minutes of leaving the store I was alerted by my credit card of strange activity. I discovered three charges for the same purchase.I have been in contact by phone, in person several times, NO ONE knows what to do to correct this. On 9/15/22, I received multiple emails advising my Ulta profile had been updated. I did not make these changes, and I was unable to login to my account to see what changes had been made. I immediately called ***************** and the automated system told me all $250 of my available rewards points had been used. I spoke to someone with **************** and told them I had not made any changes to my account, and had not redeemed any of my points. Beware of getting a credit card with them!!!! They refuse to give me the points that I've earned using their credit card because they say they have no proof of me even having a card when in fact I do. They are scammers liars and cheaters

I had a terrible experience at ulta. My first and last time trying their salon services. Stylist did a poor job with my bangs; uneven. Manager really handled this badly. Instead of a simple 5 minute fix. She brought in another stylist, the previous stylist and herself and acted as if they could not see the messed up bangyes; gas lighting. They implied that I was too hard to please and returned my money. Well, I went next door to Great clips. They even saw more mess up with the bangs than I did. I usually love Ulta but I recently ordered online and they use LaserShip. LaserShip lost my package, marked it as delivered, then sent an email stating the lost the package and to contact Ulta. I contacted Ulta and despite the carrier stating my package was lost - they won't reship until I wait a full 8 business days. The package was lost and this was a gift so now I have to go rebuy it ( obviously from someone else) and wait until Ulta feels like refunding the money I paid for my original order.
