Purchased an eyelash serum online. Spent enough to get free shipping. They only sent the 2 extra oils I purchased to get the free shipping. And never sent the eye serum. Bait and switch! They state I must have good taste. Never put the order on backorder. And charged me for the oils. Buyer beware of this bait & switch

Placed an order on 1/29/23 and receive tracking with a delivery date of 2/3/23...It didn't come. I received an updated delivery date of 2/4/23..It never came. Checked again and it was supposedly handed off to USPS. Checked my USPS account and it say they haven't received it (waiting to receive from carrier facility- UPS). I've received no updates since! I spoke to ** from escalation department today, regarding my experience on 1/26/23 with A.. the manager of the store. I asked for a sales circular to see what was on sale in the store. A. informed me that I needed to use the website. This is what I did went to register with my make up in my shade. A.., then informed me that this shade was not on sale, it felt like false advertising to me and my daughter felt like I was being discriminated against because I was not African-American. I ordered online back on 01/10/2023. It was sent in 2 separate boxes the first box arrived on time and was fine since it was all plastic packaged items in that box, but I was supposed to receive my second package on 01/17/2023 but did not get it until 01/18/2023 late at night and when I opened it I found that my ********************** was broken and got all over everything in the box( it WAS NOT bubble wrapped or protected at all) $50 foundation and No protection around it. After I returned a product I bought from them, I did not receive a refund. I sent them at least 6 emails with a confirmation of delivery from **** to their return center. I never received a refund. Its been over 2 months.

Ulta In *** ***** wrongfully accused my friend of shoplifting then illegally detained him while the Management checked the video to verify his identity. It wasn't him so they let him go and even though he was innocent, the Police still followed us for hours after leaving Ulta and pulled us over to harass us.

Atrocious and mismanagement. I came in on Christmas Eve to get help with my peach and pink hair. I wanted the peach / orange out. I also had about 3 of root regrowth. Hairdresser recommended putting in a pink gloss at my consultation the day before. When I arrived I told her Id rather not. So manager came over and said we could cover the peach up with an ash and then lighten up my roots to blend it in. However it was completely patchy! I went in to purchase a few things I needed. I needed some foundation and so did my sister . Colour pop ( my favorite brand) had sales tags showing buy one get one free. As Im standing in line the manager comes over and changes the sale tag to buy one get one half off. To me thats false advertising. Ulta should honor the price of the product when I picked it up.
