Ulta would be great if they STOP using Comenity!!!!!!!!! Always glitching - you set up auto draft- system glitches- you log into credit card website you CANT- You call customer service - different answers every time- then they hit you with late fees!!! Its sad because we love ulta but if they don't use a differ company for financing they will continue to lose business.

Ulta Online does not allow any cancellations. I tried canceling a product IMMEDIATELY after I hit send since the product switched from my curbside pickup with a discount to being shipped to my house without my discount and having to pay for shipping costs. I contacted customer support and was told the order was already processed at 5 pm on a Sunday moments after I hit ok. I was then told that there was nothing they could do to cancel my order. Do NOT get a credit card with Ulta. I paid a late fee for one day late and then they keep adding late fees after my call to them to dispute it, they keep adding more and more when this all emerged from me owing a dollar or so balance and them tacking late fees monthly! Their credit card is ridiculous!

I returned a $675.00 Dyson Hair Wrap with the proper paperwork inside. We lost the tracking number and now they say there is nothing they can do. They stole my money and after months and months of trying to work this out their responses were formatted and useless, when they would respond. They genuinely do NOT care about their customers and as far as I am concerned Ulta Beauty are just a bunch of liars and thieves!

They never confirmed my order but money was sent via PayPal. Seller telling that they need to verify my email and telling my email doesn't match. I have filed credit dispute. Why is this business still exists? It has **** complaints. Its a scam business, what police and *** doing? They need to investigate ASAP

My local store chose to fulfill the free gift included with my order when they didnt have the actual perfume in stock. I have been charged over $150, and everyone is talking in circles. My account got hacked and someone used my points that I had saved up. Ulta doesnt seem to have a very reliable or comprehensive system in place to deal with things like this and since it seems like its a really common problem with them, it seems like a pretty big red flag.

My order arrived completely damaged as a liquid styling product leaked over everything. Ulta stated it is my responsibility to repackage and send the items back to them. I find this insane. They will not refund me until I mail the defective items back. I sent a picture clearly showing the damage but apparently that's not good enough. Their customer service department gave me the run around and I don't think we reached a resolution. Terrible, I just recieved my order today, after waiting a week for it to get here, and I'm missing 7 out of 10 items. I also received 2 items that I did not order. I'm very upset. I feel like I've been stolen from and that whoever packed these items purposely did not put certain items into the package, and just put the cheaper items.
