I placed an order last week. Theyve had a known glitch on their app but failed to email or alert customers on the page. Charged my card multiple times and emptied my account off 125$ in rewards points. Had to wait over 5 business days for the charges to fall off my account. Order never went through! I recently had an experience getting my hair done at Ulta beauty in ************* ****. The store manager has been extremely snappy and I've been trying to get my money back for like 7 weeks now. The stylist put a "money piece" in my hair that I didn't ask for and did not do a proper balayage to my hair. It cost $253 and was not anything I wanted or asked to have done. I couldn't go back to store because 2 days later I moved to *****. I am still trying to get a refund.

I've had it with this company. They offered 2 extra free gifts and would NOT allow me to out the order through because of "service updates". Now those free gifts are gone. I'm done with this company.

Terrible customer service. I have had issues for days trying to complete an online order and it keeps telling me transaction cannot be completed because it cannot verify my card however has charged my card multiple times and took my points without placing the order. i have tried endlessly to get in contact with someone, im either ignored or hung up on. this has been happening for days and my next step is to file a dispute as fraud.

My experience at Ulta the location 24th street and Baseline has not been good I keep trying to give this place benefit of the doubt. I placed an order with ULTA in order to receive a 'free' 18 piece gift bag. I received all the items that I paid for yet no gift bag. I called to request the gift (which by the way was listed on the shipping slip, but was not there) and was told after a 20minutes wait on the phone that they could not send the gift bag, but would give me a $20 voucher. Don't use their buy online pick up in store. I placed an order for pick up. They only had 1 item and not the other. They put a hold on my credit card for the full amount when they can't fulfill the entire order. And they can't/won't cancel the order. They tell you you have to wait FIVE days for the order pickup to expire. This should be illegal to put a hold on a credit card for the full amount when they didn't even fulfill the entire order. Absolutely unacceptable.
