My hair was ruined they offered me a FULL refund and I have been waiting since December and no one will help. I called corporate and they sent me an email saying the Full refund is credited and will take a few days and its a month later. I would not go to get your hair done several hundred and still not fixed and Ulta the least they can do is refund....

I have only been to Ulta about 3 times. I went at Christmas to purchase a gift and the clerk towards the end of my purchase asked if I would like to sign up for Rewards and mind you I had already put my debit card into the card reader and I said sure why not...I told her I probably wouldn't get to many points because I only go to Ulta maybe 3 times a year...I thought I was signing up for REWARD POINTS...well 2 months passed and I'm looking at my credit report and find that I had a negative report added...I'm like what?? Our Ultamate Rewards Credit Card process is a standard credit card sign-on that requires inputting your personal information, like your social security number, at checkout. My last contact with Ulta- You had my package delivered to the wrong address with a picture to prove it by laser ship and refused to reship my things or refund my money. I spent multiple hours on multiple phone calls with your customer service reps with no resolution. Then when I reported it to my bank and PayPal, Ulta lied saying the package was delivered (in spite of ensuring me that my file had a note stating it was delivered to the wrong address). I shop ULTA stores for all my make up needs. I recently moved to take care of my dad who has stage 4 cancer. I ordered some make up online trying to save time from having to go there and my address was still my old one. To my surprise when I received a email saying my stuff was delivered and it has not shown up I logged on and realized they have my old address. I emailed the company and recieved no help at all. Im saddens by the lack of empathy.

I felt discriminated when a manager did not follow the proper return policy. I asked if I could make an exchange for an item that I felt didnt work well with my hair. I was not able to find my receipt. I asked several times if they could find the return with my debt card. The manager ****** said they cant. She offered to return my item for .21 cents. Wish I could give zero stars. My package said it was delivered 2/2/22 and the proof of delivery photo showed the wrong address. Reached out immediately to ulta and told me I had to wait 3-4 days and then reach back out again if I still didnt receive anything.
