I had a Liver MRI this morning, 14/9/25..and I cannot praise the team enough.. I was anxious about the whole process, even more so after I had the huge camera placed on my chest.. but the ladies were so supportive, and I got through the whole process, mainly due to the ladies kindness and attention towards me.. wonderful department, and was spotlessly clean.. thank you so much..
My Partner had a scan Wed last week . He has MS and 1 kidney . We mentioned because of the injection and asked if we could refuse it ? They said it wouldn't be as clear ? It clearly says if you have kidney problems you could have a reaction ? They didn't test his blood , just basically get in and get on with it ? He has had 3 scans before in Boston with no adverse reaction . He was in 1hr19 mins and looked ill when he came out , they gave him a cup if tea and some biscuits till he was able to leave . Friday 29/5/25 I had an appointment for MRI I was a little nervous. I have to say how good everyone was. Caring Courteous and very polite.. The scan as expected to be very noisy..It help that a message came through each time the scan moved to next scan telling me how long it was going to take. This seemed to make the whole experience pass by with ease. Thank you everyone. Alicia B
Had appointment on Monday, was not a pleasant experience, receptionist was quite rude and the lady doing The MRI seemed to have better things to do with her abrupt attitude towards me, more or less get in or go away
