Started an hour late with no direction of what was going on. Bought the package where 100 paintballs are included free however when we asked for them they said we would get them at lunch time or just after…proceeded to ask again at 12:30 then the same member of staff told us we would get them after the 4th game. After the 4th game we then asked for them and they said they had proceeded to put the paintballs in our guns after the 3rd game so they never even handed us the 100 paintballs in the original bags! really disappointe... read more
Where to start, the signage was so small so it was a challenge to find the actual place. The facilities I get were a bit dated but could have been kept in better shape by the staff (i.e waiting area tables and toilets etc). We bought a full day package which came with a 100 paintballs only for the goal post to keep changing, they wouldn’t give it to us as we arrived and they told us they would give it after lunch which universally is at 12 pm as one would presume however the guy at reception whom I may add is a bit rude then... read more
Drive way almost killed my car, signage was so small almost missed the place. We were meant to have a free 100 paintballs and when asked we couldn’t have them until after lunch then at 12pm were told after the 4th match even though we were all out by the 3rd match blokes had spent 70 quid on 1000 paintballs by that point aswell. We searched pricing of the balls same brand as the company cost £30 for 2000 balls they charge £35 for 500 joke.

Booked the 9am-4pm session we all turned up at 8:50 was then kept waiting till about 10am before the safety brief , the actually paint balling was fun but the service was terrible the guy who delivered the safety brief was spot on but the rest was miserable there was 14 of us in total which was then split up annoyingly , in our package we was ment to receive 100 free paintballs each when we went to collect they said at lunch time so we all bought 500 for a ridiculous 35 then when lunch time came “it was then after 4th game”... read more
