Had a fun day but venue is tired and safety was poor. Real shame as it's a great location
Constructive review. Not following the consumer's Rights Act 2015; Review and update website as a visitor was charged double for an extra feature with price not clearly presented. The manager was sarcastic, therefore unprofessional. Started at least 1 hour late. The game rooms are marked accordingy to health and safety regulations. Marshals speak clear and loud enough to be heard. More investment shall be made to improve protective gear. Overalll: Good venue, however, few points to improve.
