Awful customer service. We paid a deposit of £50 for my son’s birthday party only to be told they were closed on that day (nonsense, they probably just got a better offer). They then told us we can go to their Huddersfield site (which is in fact Bradford) or get our deposit back. We called back and left messages and email to get our deposit back and were continuously ignored.
