I wouldn’t recommend this roofing company. They kept promising to start “next week,” but it took over a month before anyone showed up. Communication was terrible — I had to call multiple times just to get an update. The roof was finally done, but the whole experience was stressful.
The roof looks fine from a distance, but after the first rain, we noticed leaks around the vents. When I called them back to fix it, they said it wasn’t their fault. For what we paid, I expected better workmanship and at least some accountability.
The initial quote seemed fair, but halfway through the job they said they “found issues” and increased the price by nearly 40%. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. If you go with them, make sure you get everything in writing.
The crew left trash and nails all over my yard and driveway. I even got a flat tire because of it. They didn’t seem to care when I complained. Totally unprofessional — I wish I had hired someone else.
