We have been blown away by the service received from UK Atlantis from start to finish. Communication has been excellent, quote was very reasonable, the removal staff were friendly, polite, hard working and very respectful. Our belongings were carried with care and extra protection added in the truck by them using blankets and padding. We've recently moved house and went with UK Atlantis following a recommendation from friends. The service was exceptional, and not only can we not fault them, but they went above and beyond what we expected. The office staff were friendly and helpful at every stage, clearly explaining what we needed to know about the service and cost. The guys themselves were incredibly efficient. From the first meeting, the surveyor put us immediately at ease with how well the company would support us through the stress of moving home. The office team were always welcoming and throughout the day of the move, the crew were so hard working and efficient, but also such a friendly team, making the process stress free including navigating around our excited Labrador! We would not hesitate to recommend UK Atlantis.

Very happy with the service from UK Atlantis. The gentleman who visited to provide a quote was very friendly, answered all our questions, and emailed the quote (fairly priced) over shortly after the visit. Our moving date wasn’t confirmed until 3 days before but UK Atlantis still held our moving day slot until we were able to confirm. The office staff spoken to on the phone were lovely and you couldn’t fault the removal men. Would highly recommend.
