Our family funeral home for many generations.
This is not a customer review, but I'd still like to share my experience at Uht Funeral Home. Uht is an educational partner with WSU and I was sent there as a student. Over the course of a few months, I got to know each and every staff member there. They treat every single person that comes through their door with respect and compassion. From the minute we arrived at the funeral home there was zero compassion. Not one mention of condolences. They spelled my mother’s name wrong and put the wrong address on the death certificate. For what we had to pay we were very disappointed. The ladies from Uht’s were great at the church and Cemetary, but the owner/director was less than professional.
