Had an emergency with our gas locker only days before a planned 3 month trip. Called in and received a call back within minutes. Took the van around for assessment and was booked in and repaired/functionable within 24 hours. Very impressed, will be visiting them again for proper repair on our return from this trip.

Just had a week touring Scotland, Ugo showed me everything I needed to know,we were 1st time motor homers, and left completely prepared,we had a minor mechanical problem, and the ugo team got us a mechanic to sort problem out within half an hour,despite being very rural,first class service,friendly team,warm and caring, God bless, and thank you

Gordon and Hazel are the nicest couple you could ever meet. Attention to customer service and aftercare is absolutely second to none, and nothing is too much trouble.
