The work done on my car seems to have been done properly, which I appreciate. However, communication from the service department was absolutely terrible. I had to be the one to initiate all communication, and it was nearly impossible to even get my rep on the line. I had to call over 10 times. I understand it is a busy place, but that is not acceptable.
Very nice. Salesman spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. He went over the details of the truck. Financial manager was very nice to work with. We purchased the extended warranty and maintenance plan.
Bob and Casey did an excellent job on taking care of my flat tire and oil change. Always top notch service! Recommend 100%
Faster than estimated time for repairs and price lower that originally quoted. Thank you very much
