Someone changed the oil type I requested to meet their needs not thce customer without notifying me in advance. I will never return for future service.No apologies for the changing

We thought we had a differential leak but it was the 4x4 crank case luckily it was covered under the extended warranty. We had a rental to get us thru. They were quick and efficient.
